A bit about Kratom.

Kratom is a leaf, pure and simple. The Kratom leaf stems from a tree known as Mitragyna speciosa.
Kratom contains a variety of potent alkaloids which can block pain signals in the brain and even induce euphoria.  The main alkaloid Mitragynine is thought to be an opiod, with effects somewhat similar to morphine.
The subjective effects of kratom vary greatly depending on the dose, it is said that lower doses produce a stimulating effect while higher doses are quite sedating. The entire range of doses is effective at relieve depression.

Types of Kratom.

Green Vein Thai (GVT)   
Considered the most premium kratom it has strong stimulating effects, even in higher doses. Very euphoric.

Maeng Da
Maeng Da is considered the most potent kratom strain, slightly less stimulating compared to GVT.
Maeng Da means "Pimp grade" in the Thai language.

Red vein
Red Vein kratom is considered the most euphoric of all, and strikes a nice balance between stimulation and sedation.

Resin extract
The resin extract is basically kratom tea with the water removed, leaving a potent resin. Be careful, it is a lot stronger than regular leaf! More sedating then stimulating. Very effective painkiller.

Don't worry too much about which exact strain you buy, all of them will get the job done, the differences are minor really.
